Shopping: You can browse our site freely by choosing any Categorie followed by specific items. Bring up the Categorie, then click on any photo to get Details. The Oval Logo at the top of page takes you back to our Home Page.

To Order, click on ORDER. At this point, you will need to complete a Customer Sign Up form so we have your Shipping information. You can place as many items as you like in your shopping cart and delete any you don't want before you finalize your order. Please note all prices on our site are in US funds.

Payment: We prefer to use PayPal for customer payments. PayPal is a safe and secure Online Banking system that takes all major Credit Cards for payment for The Glass Menagerie orders. There is no cost to the customer for this service. If you are not already a PayPal member, once you place your order you will be guided through the steps to set up your own PayPal link. Any Refund or Credits necessary are also remitted through PayPal for your recovery.

For anyone who does not want to use PayPal, we ask that you email us for a secondary payment method BEFORE you place your order.

Shipping: We ship world-wide. All items are packed with great care and shipped via Canada Parcel Post service unless your instructions are otherwise. Most orders are received within 8 business days anywhere in North America. International orders (outside Canada and the USA) are shipped Surface Parcel (container ship) and take 8-10 weeks as the most economical method. However, we also ship Air Parcel or Courier at a higher cost and depends entirely on the Customer's request.

If you require faster delivery, place your order, then email us and we will re-calculate your order, then revise your PayPal billing to cover the additional cost.

Returns: Because all inventory on this web site was pre-owned and sold as is, all sales are final. Reliable descriptions with condition details and pictures are on the Web Site and we ask all Customer's to review these before ordering. Feel free to ask questions by Email about any item you are interested in before ordering.
